  • Content builder provides 19 question types and conditional questions (branching/skip logic), and full control over brand look and feel
  • Collect information in a number of ways including
    • In Web pages
    • Through Clicktools’ e-mail deployment engine
    • Using Oracle CRM On Demand’s email marketing features
    • Through Web links in any CRM On Demand object
  • Clicktools Mapping Wizard links any item on a form with any custom or
    standard object or field visible through the Oracle CRM On Demand API
  • Objects and fields can be created or updated from the same form
  • Forms can be personalized by embedding Oracle CRM On Demand content
  • Objects can be created and updated using a unique identifier embedded in the
    form at the time of deployment
  • Synchronization can be controlled manually or automatically in real time,
    allowing you to select and edit responses before synchronizing with Oracle
    CRM On Demand
  • Conditional synchronization controls the behavior of the synchronization
    process based on responses to questions in the form
  • Synchronization embeds results into Oracle CRM On Demand, allowing users
    to view and manipulate response data just like any other Oracle CRM On
    Demand data
  • Specialist analysis and reporting tools extend the reporting of Oracle CRM On
    Demand
