Web
Whether it be a static form to capture leads or a more dynamic survey to collect feedback on your website, Clicktools content can sit behind a button or banner; be included as static content in an iframe or appear as any form of pop-up, pop-under or interstitial page.
Call center
Both in and outbound call centers use Clicktools to significantly reduce the cost and effort associated with agent scripting. Example applications include outbound customer feedback programs and in-bound support and case/ticket management.
IVR
Through a partnership with Angel.com, Clicktools provides the ability to collect information through automated script and then analyze results in Clicktools and pass the information in to your CRM.
Clicktools contains a powerful email engine to support transactional email campaigns. Functionality includes multi-language html/text emails, PURL generation and standards compliance.
CRM
Depending on your CRM, there are several options availabe for deploying Clicktools content including single/mass email and workflow. Clicktools has also developed CRM-specific deployment options including using custom reports in Salesforce and 'Parent/Child' relationships in Oracle CRM On Demand to send Clicktools emails and content.
